Hubby & Wife Style: Sunnies

Happy Tuesday! The summer feels like it is slowly coming to an end, but I am SO ready for the fall season (my favorite). The weather has allowed for layers and I finally pulled out this chambray top from my closet (Hallelujah chorus over here). I love layering as it makes me feel the most confident. Give me a jacket, chambray top or sweater cardigan or blanket scarf and I am in heaven. Are you glad the fall is coming?

While I am layering on some chambray I am also displaying some bright colors while I still can. Then there are these sunnies. Sunglasses are the perfect year round accessory, but notably for summer (in my opinion) as that seems to be about the time I wear them. Something about sunglasses and summer just seem to go together, right?

My hubby Chantry and I are actually wearing sunglasses from a shop called Lot Fancy that sells anything from electronics, kids items to sunglasses and more. Chantry picked out these men’s aviator 61mm sunnies in the revo blue mirrored style and I went with these white resin framed 58 mm sunnies. These are affordable sunglasses (under $17 each) and they come with a case as well with no extra charge. These are not your expensive brand name sunglasses, but they do the trick. I am not one to spend more than $20 on sunglasses because I tend to either loose them or break them in my gigantic purses or at the hands of my kids.

I choose gold accented accessories to pile on with this outfit as the sides of the glasses contain gold like studs (that I think are too cute). I wore this outfit on a shopping trip with my family and then I had some me time.  My me time consisted of blogging at Starbucks and driving around collecting poke balls at poke stops (yes I play Pokemon Go). Don’t judge!

Chantry’s review:

I like my mirrored sunglasses and while they are cheap in material that is how I like them. I don’t like to get expensive sunglasses because I might loose them. With that I think these sun glasses are in my price range and worth wearing. I am impressed that these glasses can be worn over my prescription glasses and I like their size.
